All BizBeeper devices are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal commercial use. Warranty begins from the date of delivery.
🔄 Replacement Process
Contact our support team to report a fault. We will diagnose remotely where possible and arrange repair, replacement or equivalent model exchange for approved warranty claims. Turnaround is typically 3–5 working days.
↩ 14-Day Returns
Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Approved refunds are processed back to the original Stripe payment within 5–10 working days.
✘ Warranty Exclusions
Physical damage, liquid ingress, unauthorised modification, power surge damage, and normal wear and tear are excluded from warranty coverage.
